Shipping and delivery policy

No physical shipping

Centra is used in a web browser. We do not ship any physical goods, so there are no shipping charges and no delivery address is needed.

How access is delivered

• When a studio’s account is set up, the owner signs in with the Google account registered for the studio. Signing in is the delivery: the studio’s apps are ready to use straight away.
• We aim to set up a new studio within one working day of its sign-up being approved or its first invoice being paid.
• When a studio pays an invoice online, the payment is applied to its account as soon as the payment is confirmed. Its access continues without interruption.
• A studio owner invites team members and clients from inside the apps. Each receives their own personal sign-in link, and can also sign in with a code sent to their email or with Google.

If access does not arrive

If you have paid or been approved and cannot sign in within one working day, write to support@centra.studio. We reply within 48 hours. See also the cancellation and refunds policy.
