Two kinds of web address for your studio.
The apps are the same either way. The difference is what your team and your clients see in the address bar. The first is the standard arrangement. The second is designed and not built yet.
The standard arrangement
A Centra address
Every studio uses the same app addresses. Your studio also gets a studio page of its own, with its name and logo, that links to all three apps.

- What it means for your studio
- Nothing to set up. You do not need to buy a web address or change anything on your website. Which studio a person lands in is decided by who signs in, never by the address.
- What your clients see
- Their own portal link on the shared portal address. The address carries the Centra name, not yours.
- What you do
- Invite each person from the app, and share your studio page once. After someone has signed in on a device, the studio page takes them straight to their app.
Designed, not built yet
Your own domain
The same apps behind addresses on a domain you own. This is not available yet. What follows is how it is designed to work.

- Your team and your clients would not see the Centra name in an address. Only addresses in front of your domain name are used, such as studio. and portal., so your existing website stays where it is.
- What your clients will see
- Their portal on your domain, at the address you choose for it.
- What you would do
- Add one DNS record for each address, with whoever manages your domain. The rest is planned to be done on our side.
Moving from one to the other
The shared addresses are meant to stay for good. The design is that a link already sent to a client or a crew member keeps working after a studio moves to its own domain, and again if it moves back.
The same design keeps a studio’s short name, the part after /s/, from ever being given to another studio.
What it costs
There is no price list. Pricing has not been decided, so for now plans are arranged directly with each studio.

Access is by invitation for now
There is no sign-up form yet: Centra sets up each studio by hand and invites its owner directly. There is no public contact address yet. If your studio is already on Centra, open it from here.
